The study guides are one of my favorite parts of this exam review course. I was able to choose my study dates and pace (I selected ‘quick’), how I distributed my time, and even let them know which days I wasn’t studying.

The platform also features an intuitive dashboard that’s very easy to navigate. I appreciated that, considering some platforms can be overwhelming to use due to features and data overload. In particular, I loved being able to monitor my improvement with the progress tracker and get a detailed breakdown of my next steps thanks to the customizable study planner.

I do wish there was a live chat option, though. Also, I was slightly bummed by the ‘knowledge base,’ which I felt could have included more helpful content or Q&As. However, if you don’t have a lot of questions or concerns, that won’t be a problem for you. 

Final Verdict

If you’re serious about passing the CIA exam, I don’t think you should pass this one up. It’s backed by The IIA, packed with updated study materials, and uses adaptive AI to keep you focused on passing. 

If you strongly lean toward video-based learning, the ongoing rollout of concept videos may be a temporary drawback. However, if you want a comprehensive, modern prep experience from a reliable name in exam review, Becker is a wonderful option.
